-relieve backaches and boosts your posture by strengthening and toning muscle tissue within your back, butt, and thighs

-reduce constipation by accelerating movement in your intestine

-prevent wear and tear on your joints (which becomes loosened during pregnancy due to normal hormonal changes) by activating the lubricating fluid in your joints

-helps you sleep much better by relieving the worry and anxiety that might make you restless during the night

-makes you look better. Exercise boosts the blood flow to your pores, giving you a glow.

* Prepares your system for birth. Strong muscle tissues and an in shape heart can make labor easier. And in the scenario of a prolonged labor, endurance can help.

* Regain your pre-pregnancy fitness levels.

While the jury's still out on the additional benefits of exercise during pregnancy, some studies have shown that exercise may even lower a woman's risk of complications, like preeclampsia and gestational diabetes.
