The Most Bad Food items in the World!

By Vanessa Summer

There are lots of foods around that, though tasty, are incredibly bad for you. Some of these foods are instantly recognizable: fast food, to use one example, is quite tasty but loaded with calories and other things that will damage our bodies in major ways. But what about the foods that seem like a perfectly suitable thing to eat? What about some of the meals you feed your kids? In this article we are going to be looking at a few of the absolute worst type of foods that you could ever feed to yourself or other people in your family.

Just about one of the most detrimental elements in the world, which is kind of a big surprise, is macaroni and cheese. The make-on-your-own variety that you can get, like Annie's or Kraft, is fairly acceptable but the kind you order in a restaurant is not. The Kids Mac and Cheese meal that you order in California Pizza Kitchen, to apply one example, is incredibly bad! This one food item weighs in at more than a thousand calories, in excess of sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and just about forty grams of saturated fat! No component to that is truly nutritious.

How many times do you purchase those frozen pot pies out of your grocery store's freezer section? On the surface these seem like fine, healthy last minute dinners or lunches but the fact is that most of them are loaded with extra calories. Stouffer's pot pies, to use one example, hold over eleven hundred calories, sixty grams of fat and almost eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium. If you are on a mission to lose weight, this one item could count for almost all of your daily calorie limit.

You are probably under the sense that if you are going to get something from a sandwich shop, the vegetarian sandwich is your healthiest option, right? The genuine truth is that these sandwiches are frequently dressed with dressings and other condiments which contribute to making them just as unhealthy as a meat-based sandwich. The vegetarian sandwich you will be eating from Blimpies is full of more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium, almost sixty grams of fat and almost twelve hundred calories. Why do individuals imagine that is healthy?

A salad must be wholesome, right? Most people suppose this is correct anyway. When we need some thing quick and healthy we usually turn toward a salad to fill us up with food that is good for us. Would you be surprised to discover, then, that there are some salads available that are almost bad for you? The Santa Fe chopped salad out of TGI Fridays, as an example, weighs in at eighteen hundred calories. This is most likely because the salad is the size of a huge dinner plate but think of it: do you want all of your caloric intake for the day to be used up by this one salad?

Sadly, the fact remains that the meals we buy from restaurants or when we are in a rush is just not going to be as wholesome as the food that we cook for ourselves at home. We understand that you may not be in love with the idea of cooking for yourself but the truth is that, particularly when you're trying to lose weight and improve your health, this is the best thing that you can do for yourself.
